The Kokoraya Miyukicho Main Shop is located on Miyukicho Street, around five minutes' walk from Hankyu Kyoto Kawaramachi Station. Just by passing by, you can see that the exterior still has the townhouse's traditional wooden construction.
Even before you enter the store, you feel the atmosphere of Kyoto thanks to the seasonal decorations at the entrance.
The store will welcome you with a calming atmosphere that reflects the warmth of wood.
The layout blends likely modern features while maintaining the beauty of a classic Kyoto townhouse.
The first floor has table chairs, and the second floor has tatami mat seats, so you can relax in small or large groups.
Specifically, the second-floor window's view of Miyukicho-dori Street gives a sense of Kyoto's unique atmosphere.
