An affiliate of the supermarket Kimura, which has long been a part of Shimogyo-ku. This restaurant uses the supermarket’s long-established procurement route to provide high quality wagyu beef. The toban-yaki (ceramic roast) is especially well rated, and delicious with salt. The restaurant is also frequented by TV and film actors and industry professionals from Toei Kyoto Studio Park in Uzumasa.
