The Safety First mean you have to care about your safety first, before caring your work or other people. So why in Japanese company or public service place such mall, hotel, etc  there are always equipped with safety equipment. 

Common safety equipment that we found is Fire extinguisher, we will found this item every where we go in public place in Japan. You will also find this safety items when you visit our Ryokan. Our Ryokan are consist of  2F each room. So you no need to worry while you stay at Ryokan, because we placed the fire extinguisher in both of floor.
