Today we very excited, because today the GION FESTIVAL Night Festival is begin. The main lampion are done, and many various lampion are decoratede the gion street area. Not only the lampion but also there are many stand that sales various things along the Shijo area main street until the Yasaka Shrine area. They are sales the special summer food and beverage, such a "kakigori"(shaved ice covered with syrup), Yakitori, takoyaki and many more. 

But you only can acess the area by walk, and the street is very crowded so becareful with your belongings!
